Service Fee
Mediation & Conflict Solutions operates on an honor system sliding scale fee schedule. Each participant is asked to pay one onehundreth percent gross income for a two-hour mediation. For example, an individual with a gross income of $25,000 would be asked to pay $25.

The administrative fee for businesses and organizations is $200 per session.
It was helpful to hear the rephrasing of concerns by the mediators. It was equally helpful to hear the mediators ask follow up questions to "unpack" the issues.
